How to Get Started
- Call our office at 941.926.2300 – you’ll be asked for some information to set you up
- Our team will give you access to your Patient Portal by sending you an email
- Click on the link sent to you in your email and set your password for your Patient Portal
- Make a note of the email you used and the password you created for future reference
